QUAESTVEIN - Shipping Policy
We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping operations below.
1. Total Delivery Time
To provide full transparency, your total waiting time is calculated as follows: Total Delivery Time = Order Handling Time + Transit Time.
Order Handling Time: 3-5 Business Days (Mon-Fri). (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
We currently offer shipping to the United States.

Standard Shipping (To the US):
Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days

2. Shipping Origin & Carriers
All orders are packed and shipped directly from our office and logistics center located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Packages are typically flown to the US and handed over to local carriers (such as USPS) for final delivery. (Please note: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses or specific P.O. Boxes.)

We offer flat-rate and tiered shipping based on your order value. All prices are in USD.

4. Taxes
Our orders only include the product price and shipping fees. Customers are not required to pay any additional import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax).
5. Order Tracking
Once your curated piece is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time through our Track Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If the carrier cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@quaestvein.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim.
